Canyon's Custom Colors

Customers will be given a sample of their color choice before production will begin.  Canyon Outback requires a $400.00 (A) fee for any custom colored product made overseas.  This fee is only refundable when an order is placed for the custom product.
Custom colors orders are a minimum of $6,000.00(A).  You may choose any Canyon product.  Mix and matching is acceptable at the normal debossing minimums.  Delivery is 90-120 days when styles and colors have been approved by the customer.  Custom colors cannot be exact to the Pantone or PMS color.  Approved sample styles and lots will vary slightly.  All custom color orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Canyon's Custom Products

Canyon's custom department can design and match any style bag or accessory.  We also can come very close to locating the quality and type of leather (hide) you are looking for.  So from custom sized planners to specially designed briefcases, duffels, handbags, to custom lined jackets, we can do it all!

Canyon Outback requires a $400.00(A) charge for any custom product sample made overseas.  This charge is only refundable when an order is placed for the custom product.  There is a maximum of 4 weeks' time period to receive a pre-production sample.  Minimum order of $10,000.00(A) for custom products.

We require 90-120 days to complete any custom product order after the pre-production samples have been approved.  The $400.00 (A) fee pays for time and international air fees.  If a second sample is needed, Canyon will pay all fees.  If a third sample is needed, an additional $400.00(A) will be charged.
