ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
Purchase orders must be complete-including item #, color, quantity, pricing, PO#, contact name, phone #, in-hands date required, shipping method and bill to and ship to address. All orders accepted are subject to standard delivery terms.
CREDIT TERMS (Distributors):
Net 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due dates are subject to a 1.5% per month late payment charge. First order and large orders may require a deposit or prepayment. Custom orders will require prepayment. No additional product will be sent to any account over 60 days past due until the past due invoive is paod. Credit card payment will be accepted on account up to $10,000.00(A). Amounts greater than $10,000.00(A) require prior approval from management.
ORDER MINIMUMS:
All enhanced orders require minimum quantities as listed in the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted at a charge of $100.00(A) per style number.
LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS:
From November 23 through December 31, less than minimum orders cannot be processed.
ORDER CHANGES:
Canyon Outback will not accept a change to an order unless done so in writing and confirmed by Canyon Outback. Order changes (piece, quantity, color, artwork, shipping information) may result in changes to your ship date as well as additional setup charges. If production has started, the changes cannot be accepted.
CANCELLATIONS:
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written authorization and confirmation from Canyon Outback, which will be granted prior to imprinting or production. Charges will be billed on material already completed plus a 15% restocking charge. No order can be cancelled at any time after said item has been debossed, embroidered or pewtered.
RETURNS:
Prior to return, all merchandise requires a Return Authorization number from the factory. Without an RA# written on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned. A restocking fee may apply to blank items returned. Does not apply to sample items. Items returned without prior factory authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
PRODUCT SPEC CHANGES:
Because we look for ways to improve our products from year to year, there may be slight changes to existing products. Canyon Outback reserves the right to make spec changes to any product at any time. Similar product substitutions will be made if necessary.
PRICING:
Canyon Outback reserves the right to change the price of a product without any prior notice. For pricing exceeding end column quantities please contact our customer service personnel.
EQP PRICING
Canyon Outback awards EQP to distributors who reach $30,000.00(A) in sales on a year. EQP will be given for remainder of year in which this sales level is reached as well as the entire subsequent year. Once given EQP, distributors are able to keep EQP if their annual sales average is $30,000.00(A) or more.
BLANK AND/OR RANDOM LOGOED SAMPLES
Blank and/or random logoed samples can be purchased at catalog EQP less 10%. Quantity limit of three per item number. Sample orders received by 2:00pm central time, can ship the same day if requested on the order. All blank and/or random logoed samples can be returned within 30 days (15 days on jackets) of invoice date for full credit. All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Samples kept over 60 days are no longer returnable and must be paid for unless prior arrangement was made with Canyon Outback management. Turn around time is 24 hours pending credit approval.
SELF PROMOTIONS
Distributors who want to run a self-promtion will be charged 10% off EQP on the product. You will incur the full set-up charges of $150.00(A). This is available with debossing only. Please call for quotes on self-promotions with embroidery or pewter enhancements. Not available on Gift Sets or discontinued items.
SHORTAGE
Shortage claims must be made to Canyon Outback within 48 hours of receipt of product.
CO-OP PROGRAMS
Canyon Outback will allow second column pricing on approved co-op programs. Proof of program must be submitted to customer service for approval.
BLANK ORDERS
Any order placed for blank goods will be charged next column pricing.
COLLEGIATE ORDERS
A royalty fee of 10% will apply to any order produced which includes a licensed college trademark for which Canyon Outback is licensed.
SHIPPING AND SAMPLING GUIDELINES:
Standard Lead Time Parameters
-Please allow an additional 3 business days if a pre-production swatch or product proof is required. Depending on order size and imprint type, Canyon Outback may require a swatch or product proof.
-Standard production time is 10-14 days
-Production times are based on receiving quality artwork. Please allow additional time if art needs to be cleaned up, touched up, digitized, or created. Additional charges may apply.
-Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), drop ships, personalization, insertions, multiple imprint locations or methods and other special handling.
Rush Services
Rush services are available based on production capacity and decorating method. There may be a $200.00 rush charge for any enhancement job that requires less than standard production time.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders UPS Ground unless otherwise stated on your purchase order. All methods other than UPS Ground will require the provision of your UPS or Fed Ex shipping number. All orders are shipped F.O.B, New Ulm, MN 56073.
Drop Shipments
A charge of $10.00(A) applies for each location, per release, plus freight costs. Drop ship addresses must be received no later than 5 days prior to the scheduled ship date. If there are more than 10 drop shipment addresses, we require that you provide us with the addresses electronically (Excel format sent as a disk or as an attachment to an e-mail).
Split Shipments
When shipping an order to three or more locations, there will be a $20.00 charge per destination beyond the first two.
International Shipments
All international shipments, other than Canada, will require the provision of a shipping account number.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES:
-Please follow these guidelines when submitting electronic artwork. If manipulation of the artwork is necessary, additional charges may be incurred.
-Include only the art involved in your order
-Send art to size and as black and white
-Convert all fonts to outlines/curves
-Flatten image so there are no multiple layers
-Set all multiple art patterns in a straight, vertical line
-Scan all images at a minimum of 300 dpi.

Logo Placement and Size
Canyon Outback will place the logo where specified with the size not to exceed 4", unless otherwise stated. The maximum size allowed under the $150.00(A) fee is 4"x4". Larger dies can be ordered for an additional $60.00(A) per inch.
File Formats Accepted for Embroidery
Tajima. If digitizing services are required, there is a fee of $40.00(A) per 1,000 stitches.
Pre-Production Proof
Black and white faxed and e-mailed paper proofs are free.
Product Proof: $100.00(A) plus item price, die charge and freight.
Virtual Spec: $20.00(A) per spec with a 3-day lead time.
Swatch Sample
We also offer the option of a pre-production swatch for embroidery or debossing at $50.00(A) plus set-up charges, plus freight. See Enhancement Fees link.
Custom Colors
Custom colors: 15 Red, 16 Royal Blue, 14 Navy Blue, 23 Pink, 24 Baby Blue, 28 Lilac, 25 Plum, 11 Forest Green, 22 Lime Green, 21 Yellow, 27 Purple, 13 Gold, 12 Dark Maroon, 30 White, 29 Gray, 05 Distressed Clay.
Customers will be given a sample of their color choice before production will begin. Canyon Outback requires a $400.00(A) fee for any custom colored products made overseas. This fee pays for time and international air fees. This fee is only refundable when an order is placed for the custom product.
Custom color orders are a minimum of $6,000.00(A). You may choose any Canyon product. Mix and matching is acceptable at the normal debossing minimums. Delivery is 90-120 days when styles and colors have been approved by the customer. Custom colors cannot be exact to the Pantone or PMS color. Approved sample styles and lots will vary slightly. All custom color orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Custom Products
Canyon Outback requires a $400.00(A) fee for any custom product sample made overseas. This fee is only refundable when an order is placed for the custom product. There is maximum of 4 weeks time period to receive a pre-production sample. Minimum orders of $10,000.00(A) for custom products.
We require 90-120 days to complete any custom product order after the pre-production sample has been approved. The $400.00(A) fee pays for time and international air fees.
