Your DistributorCentral account has a great feature that allows you to easily locate unfinished orders that have been entered on your website. Once a visitor adds a product to the shopping cart and proceeds past the checkout page, the DistributorCentral program will automatically log this order in your DC account for one week if the customer does not finish placing the order or abandons the shopping cart while in the ordering process.
For example, if a customer calls or emails you, mentioning that they had a problem placing the order on your website. You can then locate that incomplete order in your DistributorCentral account, and finish placing the order for them. There is also an "email link" in this area of your account, where you can contact the customer and ask if they have any questions, or if you can provide assistance with placing the order.
Also, this area will keep track of any unfinished orders that you have started from within your DistributorCentral account.
